When you are sending a gift to a location where the daily temperatures are freezing, it is recommended to protect your gift(s) from the cold with thermal packaging. If you choose to substitute cold sensitive items, we will replace fruits, liquid items to non cold sensitive items to the same value, unless you choose 1 day express shipping. If you choose the “I take the risk” option, we will not be able to take any responsibility for any cold related damages. Thermal packaging must be selected for all cake gifts with 1 day express shipping option. With cakes we will include icepack to keep them frozen.
